Early Pewter broad rim charger, Flemish 16th Century.

These chargers were placed in the middle of the table to serve food.

Most likely produced in the region of Antwerp – Belgium.

On the front is a mastersign punch of a hammer.

This charger is a excavation find as you can clearly see on the back of the charger.

The charger has a diameter of 40,5 cm.

The charger weighs 2,3 kilograms

Overall in a good but used condition.
